The Project(s)

· State of the Art railway & grade separations
Duties:
· Overall lead in design management
· Overall lead in design development and value engineering
· Oversee Design management and documentation and control
· Oversee Project planning
· Overall responsibility for implementing, reviewing and developing procedures for quality checks
· Contributing to the Planning process for Quantity Surveying and budgeting.
· Oversight to Senior Project Engineers managing sections of works – sub
· contractors, supervisors and engineers
· Liaise with design engineers on design & buildability when elevated to Project Manager
· Lead as required Liaising with relevant parties to ensure project standard is being meet.
· Oversee preparation of progress control plans (flow charts , inspection test plans & permanent records ) relating to drawings & Auditing
· Liaise with clients such as MRPV, local councils & utility companies as required, when elevated to Project Manager
· Oversee development of the site occupational health & safety manual and implement
· Oversight of submission of RFI's
· Oversee Manage and maintain cost controls, lookaheads and forecasting
· Program, Financial, KPI Reporting
· Oversee management of stakeholder relationships
Responsibilities:
· To ensure their scope is built to the correct standards as set out in the design
· To ensure the Budget for their scope is met
· To ensure client timeline is met
· To convey relevant information to stakeholders
Must Have
· Civil related degree
· Demonstrated history as Construction Project Manager on these types of jobs
· Right to work in Australia
Remuneration range is $150-190k + Super
