As Reservations manager, you will be responsible for achieving maximum revenue through the effective selling of room reservations and other ancillary revenue to our guests via the telephone, e-mail or other channels deemed appropriate by the company.
You will manage the Reservations Sales Agents team and will establish ongoing on-job training programs within the department to achieve financial and service quality targets.
