Site Services FitterWeir MineralsPerth Purpose of Role: An opportunity is available for a Site Services Fitter to join the Perth team and supporting customers both locally and across mine sites in Northern Western Australia and in the workshop as required.You will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on Weir fixed plant equipment, predominantly Warman pumps and other rotating equipment as required.Key Responsibilities:Manage all on site installations, repairs, maintenance and tasks as per scope of work provided.Recommend improvements to the Site Service Supervisor for customers equipment that will reduce their TOC.Develop strong relationships with key customers to ensure expectations are being met and remedial action to address issues.Show flexibility under urgent or breakdown conditions to service customer requirements.Liaise with the Site Service Supervisor to ensure that all installations, rebuilds and commissioning activities are being undertaken in a timely and cost-effective manner.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:A high regard for safety at all times.Trade qualification in Fitting/Machining -…
