About the Role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking a highly motivated HSW Manager to join our team to help drive our business forward. This role will see you drive the proactive implementation and continual improvement to building a strong and positive health, safety, and wellbeing culture and to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation. You will Pro-actively partner with managers and employees throughout the organisation to build, enable solutions, increase organisational capability, and deliver initiatives that continually improve our HSW culture.

What you’ll do

• Conduct governance activities, data analysis, research, and technical health and safety work for continuous improvement of the HSW management system, safety leadership, and behavioral program.
• Provide technical input for HSW planning, risk management, and management review processes, including dangerous goods and emergency preparedness.
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and reviewing the Business Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Management System and HSW Plan, ensuring employee consultation.
• Support operational management in effectively communicating HSW responsibilities to employees (including contractors).
• Follow the TGE HSW management system, utilizing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure legislative compliance and enhance safety performance and culture.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries, identifying causal factors and implementing preventive actions.
• Ensure legal H&S requirements are met by monitoring and updating Health and Safety documentation to reflect current legislation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience working in a high risk and or transport/logistics environment.
• Minimum Tertiary qualifications (Diploma in Work, Health and Safety) or higher.
• 5 years’ experience in a HSW leadership role
• Prior experience participating in internal audits and reporting outcomes
• ICAM Investigation Training (or equivalent investigation methodology)
• Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders
• Excellent working knowledge and awareness of Work Health and Safety Legislation
• Proficient computer experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook or equivalent
• Ability to challenge, influence, change and improve current systems, procedures, and processes 
• Experience in undertaking inspections, risk assessments and develop safe work instructions
• A strong commitment to continuously apply and influence best practice standards
• Current Australian Drivers Licence.

About the role

• This opening is for a Customer Service / Admin Officer to join our team in Mackay

• This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:06.  

• Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks

• Manage customer and client freight queries across multiple divisions within our Mackay Depot

• Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.

• Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.

• Liaise with on site operations staff in order to resolve any customer queries or requests in a timely manner

• Data Entry of timesheet hours, rostering and payroll data into our systems and spreadsheet trackers

• Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required

• Order in Uniforms and Stationery where necessary

• Manage various spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis

Position Summary:

Intelerad is seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader for its Oceania Division, which encompasses operations in Australia and New Zealand. The GM will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and managing the Profit and Loss (PnL) aspects of the division. This position involves both direct managerial authority (solid line) over certain functions and functional (dotted-line) authority over others, requiring a leader who can navigate complex structures and influence cross-functional teams. 

Although the reporting responsibilities will evolve as the position dictates, the GM initially is expected to have direct responsibility for:  Professional Services, Customer Success, Support and SRE.  Dotted line responsibilities include:  all growth engine functions, sales engineering and sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. PnL Management: Oversee the full Profit and Loss responsibilities for the Oceania Division, ensuring financial targets and other agreed-upon metrics are met in the short and long term.
2. Customer Satisfaction: Lead the strategy and execution for improved customer satisfaction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support throughout the customer journey.
3. Team Leadership: Directly manage certain functional areas of the business, while exerting functional influence over other departments to align with the division's goals.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that ensure the competitiveness and profitability of the Oceania Division.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, facilitating collaboration and driving cohesive action toward shared objectives.
6. Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve business performance.
7. Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback, adjusting the business plan as necessary to staying abreast of market, competition, customer feedback, and incorporating those outside-in viewpoints to strengthen delivery and PnL performance in Oceania.
8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster collaboration and customer loyalty.
9. Talent Development: Identify and nurture talent within the division, with an emphasis on continuous professional development and performance recognition.
10. Internal positioning and advocacy: Serve as the voice of Oceania to the ELT and other elements of the global organization.

About the Role

The HSW Manager is responsible for driving the proactive implementation and continual improvement of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) culture, strategy, plan and performance across a region.

Striving to advance Team Global Express’s (TGE) business strategy through enabling a unified culture of safety, people, customer focus and operational excellence the role is responsible for providing practical HSW advice and support to our people and delivering initiatives that continually improve our HSW culture and performance in line with our ‘Genuine Care Culture’ strategic priority.

What you’ll do
