See more at our website -?www.atsichsbrisbane.org.au Job Description About the role You will play the vital role of being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the facility, answering all calls and directing calls as needed, and directing all internal staff and residents’ queries as required. Duties Attend to phone calls, families, visitors and resident enquires and message and appropriately prioritised as required. Manage day to day service of Petty Cash. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Record Minutes of meetings. Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed within the specified action days.
