Responsibilities

As the Product Manager for Chefgood, you will take ownership of the product strategy, development, and execution. You will work cross-functionally with teams from Marketing, Finance, and more to bring innovative and user-friendly products to market. With a clear focus on strategic planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and maintaining our competitive edge in the Ready-To-Heat (RTH) industry. 

Your role:

• Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with various teams across the business to create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritises key features and product evolution.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through to market launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
• Define and track product KPIs to evaluate success and inform continuous improvements.
• Manage an external team of frontend and backend developers, ensuring the execution of both customer-facing and backend digital product initiatives, while delivering high-quality results that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the work of our external UX/UI designer to ensure that digital products are intuitive, visually appealing, and provide an outstanding user experience for the customer-facing website.

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in (digital) product management, preferably within the FMCG, food, or Ready-To-Heat meal industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product launches from concept to market, with a focus on e-commerce platforms or digital solutions.
• Proven track record of managing development teams, both internal and external, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives.
• Expertise in market research and competitive analysis, with a focus on the food or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps, budgeting, and ensuring on-time delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and the ability to work closely with design and development teams to create seamless customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
