We Are Social is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part within the agency, closely collaborating across all departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is designed for someone who is a self-directed learner and is comfortable working on the following deliverables:

Accounts Payable:

• Manage and process supplier invoices, staff expenses, corporate credit cards, Weel account (virtual credit card), and Uber account transactions (around 100 transactions per week).
• Prepare and review WorkBook weekly payment proposals for approval by the Finance Director
• Weekly payment run for international and local suppliers
• Promote We Are Social finance processes, share your knowledge with those around you, and use the expertise available to broaden your own development.

Relationship Management:

• Develop strong relationships across the business
• Contribute to a thriving agency culture

While the specific content of your role is clearly defined, the nature of the demands placed on us by our clients means that this role will evolve over time and needs a ‘can do’ approach.

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience working in the finance department.

Our payroll team are responsible for managing the payroll across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting through to the Group Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Review and check for accuracy of a medical file received, ensuring no privacy is breached. Name and DOB on medical evidence must match case to ensure no breach is committed.
• Review and check for accurate and full responses to questions within treating Doctor's reports.
• Call and follow up with GP clinics or Hospitals where cases have missing or incomplete information.
• Ensure documents are linked to cases/queues correctly within our document management system, medEbridge.

We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a professional and dedicated Administration Officer to join our supportive and collaborative team in our Head Office in Maroochydore on a full time basis. 

This role will be responsible for providing exceptional administration support to our friendly and successful finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable finance experience, with extensive training provided. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Monitoring and assisting incoming queries via email, phone and help desk
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Assist with the AP function
• Process AP runs as required
• Daily/ weekly standard allocations and reports
• Creating and distributing reports
• Processing and releasing daily and end of month payments
• Providing outstanding customer service to both internal staff and external customers
• General administration support as required

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling of appointments with customers.
• Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment services.
• Providing administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
• Providing information and advice to customers, or prospective customers
• Undertaking other tasks assigned to the Customer Services team, including reception duties,  dictation uploading, office administration tasks and working closely with a supportive team.

As an active member of the Executive Team and a trusted advisor to the CEO, this role will shape corporate strategy and provide financial and commercial advice to inform investment decision making. It will also ensure statutory and regulatory compliance for all Tattarang entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance team.
• Advising on the financial and treasury implications of investment opportunities and decisions. 
• Managing relationships with banks and other funders across the capital structure.
• Managing financial risks such as interest rates, FX and investment of surplus funds.
• Oversight of finance systems and policies, ensuring they are fit for purpose.
