This pivotal role in the subscriptions and growth team has the responsibility for reducing subscriber attrition by driving improvements and enhancements to the customer experience, including management of subscription change, and the delivery of key marketing programs which address specific customer pain points.

The Marketing Lead, CX & Retention will use data, insights and technology to deliver continuous improvement to our renewal, retention and save strategies;  and proactively identify other opportunities to improve the customer experience whilst addressing the needs of subscribers by developing solutions to improve subscriber satisfaction.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the view to go permanent. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of two Marketing Managers who are responsible for the delivery of the CX and Retention and Lifecycle roadmaps
• Review and optimisation of the retention journeys across audience, creative and channels to reduce churn. Journeys include: Upsell, payment decline, saves and renewals for all subscribers
• Manage an ongoing experimentation strategy to drive the most effective result for each channel, touchpoint and creative execution across retention journeys. 
• Ownership of the reporting and analysis for business intelligence for the save and retention lifecycle stages
• Manage and implement our online Support Centres to ensure subscribers can easily find support and reduce enquiries to our customer service team
• Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams on improvements to improve customer experience and reduce complaints and pain points, and support changes to our subscription product offerings
• Own the relationship with our  Customer Service team, ensuring briefs, processes and strategies are communicated and aligned. 
• Translate customer research and feedback into actionable insights and initiatives to solve subscriber pain-points.
• Deliver key subscriber communications relating to changes within our subscription products, including any changes to price and terms and conditions
• Implement our strategic pricing program for the retention, saves and win-back lifestyle stages, in collaboration with our Audience & Acquisition team

As a Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be responsible leading a team of end user services engineers within the IT Outsourcing group to ensure best practice support methodology is practiced, technical experience leveraged and customer outcomes are delivered driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The Desktop Support Team Lead is expected to manage the day-to-day customer related operations of the Onsite End User Services Support group.

This role is based in ideally Gosford or Newcastle due to customer requirements and will require either Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be eligible, no visa sponsorships for this position.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Desktop Support Team Lead you will be focused on:

• Being the single point of contact for all EUS related issues and escalations for all stakeholders
• Ensure all escalations are addressed with effective communication back to the relevant stakeholder and associated parties
• emerging relevant technologies and the possible application of these technologies to the client base and Datacom.
• Assist in Problem Management when required delegating as appropriate.
• Support the Service Delivery community in Continual Service Improvement Initiatives
• Manage call management system queues to ensure tickets are assigned and
• Mentor and coach staff members on customer related issues Promote a positive culture within the team
• Ensure operational performance of the team delivers a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a strong managerial and leadership style.
• Ensure staff are clear on expectations and performance requirements.
• Ensure the Operations Manager (EUS) is aware of noncompliance issues and performance anomalies.
• Ensure all staffs adherence to the breached call reporting policy
• Track and record expenses for EUS team staff members
• Ensure staff enter timesheets in line with Datacom process

• Desktop and software applications i.e. Operating Systems (Windows 7 through 10 and), Microsoft Office 2007 through 365, Antivirus software and systems

As a Lead Health and Safety Advisor based at SGS Head Office near Perth Airport your responsibilities will include, however not limited to:

• Provide expert H&S guidance and support, engage, influence and mentoring the team to encourage ongoing development and enhancement of the safety culture.
•  Ensure effective safety and health risk management strategies, practices and services are implemented and that associated support services are effectively developed and integrated across the business.
• Maintain a suitable process for recording and reporting relevant data, assisting with analysis and compiling reports for the Business Manager and Site Operational Managers.
