La-Aroma Italiano is a fully licensed BYO Café and Restaurant hosting up to 200 guests and is situated in Hampton Park shopping centre. They Serve Italian and modern Australian Food. The tasty recipes are made of the best quality ingredients sourced from local farmers' markets and delivered fresh every day to the kitchen.
La-Aroma Italiano is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chef to join their team.
Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine.
- Creativity and high presentation standards
- Ability to create dishes with consistency.
- Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes.
- Ability to contribute to menu planning.
- Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements.
- Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.
- Achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality
- Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.
To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery
- Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
- Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner.
