The Role

Representing Peters Ice Cream in the Independent Grocery space working across Western Sydney Metro, Regional NSW and ACT, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi-site operators (MSO’s) to drive distribution and sales to increase market share and category performance of Peters Ice Cream iconic brands using opportunity-based selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products
• Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• Implementation of Ice Cream layouts
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.

The Opportunity

BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Key Market Account Manager to join our sales team based in Wingfield. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. What Will You Do?

Based in out of the Wingfield office, you will be out on the road visiting new and existing customers on a regular basis. You will: 

• continue to strengthen partnerships with our existing customers and identify further service improvement and growth opportunities 
• identify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders - including industry bodies and specialists  
• develop and execute targeted call cycles and account strategies aligning to business objectives, individual customer requirements and market conditions
• work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver an exceptional service

We have an Operations Manager position available to be based in Ballarat, Victoria. We are looking for a highly motivated manufacturing professional who can lead and develop a small manufacturing team and support implementation of the site strategy. As our Operations Manager, you will lead the production resources at Macspred on all production units with a high focus on quality management and systems, and work to continuously improve the capabilities, processes and assets to meet the business needs. In addition, develop and implement a suitable Quality Management System in line with both Crop Life and Syngenta standards.

Duties broadly include the following;

• Leadership of the production operations and staff in line with Macspred/Syngenta culture and strategy.
• Ensure full compliance against all local legislation, HSE and Quality standards are continuously improved and monitored.
• Ensure effective utilisation of available resources to achieve desired productivity and quality standards.
• Analyse and agree production plans for the unit, manage interfaces with support functions, monitor performance and initiate action to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Ensure targets are met through effective collaboration with internal and external partners
• Identify, motivate, and coach key resources to drive and deliver improvement projects, product establishments or performance improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the site strategy and support implementation through proactive participation in the Site Leadership Team.
