We have a new and exciting Full-time opportunity to become a Territory Manager for our client partner, ECOVACS! Our client is a worldwide corporation that is focused on transforming the way people live and work.  ECOVACS offers a vast range of robot vacuum cleaners and other in-home robotic appliances. 

Working within the technology retail space, you will be responsible for creating relevancy, education, awareness and advocacy of the ECOVACS brand amongst store staff. You will drive Client market share and category performance through ownership of in store promotional programs and increasing store sales results through opportunity-based selling.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure targets are delivered (Sales, space, appointments etc)
• Be a brand ambassador – educate, inspire and create advocates for ECOVACS 
• Maximising the promotional campaigns and instore executions
• Merchandise displays and have an eye for creating beautiful and consistent displays
• Fulfill reports ensuring information is up to date and accurate 
• Use your superior product knowledge to develop awareness and take up training and education of key store personnel 
• On occasion assist with event demonstrations and training and be able to provide a full white glove VIP experience with product set up for media personalities/influencers

About you

• At least one year experience within field marketing/territory management required
• Previous experience in a consumer electronics retail advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs.
• Attention to detail & takes full accountability of personal results
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, enthusiastic & passionate about technology
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• You will hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable car

This role is responsible for leading the Claims Quality Assurance teamand providing quality assurance in relation to claim assessment in line with the TAL claims quality framework and risk management principles.A key focus of this role is to promote a culture of risk management and continuous improvement by providing risk based detective controls and insights relating to claim assessment.You may be required to leadthe delivery of small to medium scale projectsor well-defined tasks on major projects to enable QA remediation or continuous improvementinitiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Account management including rental collection, arrears reconciliations and accounts payable
• Preparation of monthly reports & accruals
• Maintenance of tenant/contractor records and files, including public liability details, tenant files, lease and licence agreements, bank guarantees, contracts and correspondence
• Updating and maintaining all lease admin data including interpreting leases, incentive deeds and various commercial documents.
• Review with Property Managers/Finance any account reconciliations in line with lease terms and other agreements
• Client liaison, including telephone enquiries from customer, tenants, owners & contractors
• Assisting Centre Manager with the creation of budgets and reconciliations
• Processing invoices and work orders

• Experience with multimedia content creation, such as video editing and graphic design, is a plus
