Lead Facilitator ? Quality, OHS & EMS

We are currently seeking a Full Time Facilitator to join in our Training Team at SAI Global. The Lead Facilitator?s primary purpose is the delivery of public and in-house training courses within their particular field, Quality & Auditing, Occupational Health And Safety, and Environmental Health and Safety.
This role interacts closely with all functional areas of the business and is expected to be able to develop close and positive working relationships, including operations, business development, product development, and marketing.
Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the effective delivery of training programs (at public venues, client premises and virtually via appropriate online delivery platforms).
Delivery of training in a professional and timely manner
Assessment of participants against the Australian Qulifications Framework (AQF) and Exemplar Global (EG) competencies (where applicable)
Provide support (but not direction) to candidates who are undergoing assessment
