Exel Workforce is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a National leading heavy vehicle manufacturer in Dandenong South.
This is a full time permanent role paying $135,000 + Super for the right candidate.
Role Description:
Lead teams to produce high quality products. Manage workshop efficiencies and productivity.
Role Requirements:
Prior experience as an Operations Manager
Product knowledge of build in the Heavy Vehicle Assembly Industry
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving projects to successful completion.
Strong leadership with the ability to manage local and offshore teams effectively.
Familiarity with lean management principles.
Lead a proactive, safety culture amongst service team members
