Reporting to The Independent Assessor Melissa Dwyer, the Independent Assessments Manager will manage day-to-day correspondence to the IA, investigate and draft independent assessments in response to complaints about AFCA's service, and maintain appropriate and accurate records and data to enable quarterly reporting to the AFCA Board and ASIC.  This position would suit someone who has a high attention to detail and an investigative approach to analysing information. 

The position of Independent Assessments Manager is a permanent full-time position and is open across both Sydney and Melbourne locations. It is an intellectually stimulating role that offers meaningful work and the ability to make a real difference.

The Gig 

As Account Manager (PR), you will be:

• Working with global and emerging brands across our consumer portfolio, which includes travel and tourism, lifestyle and wellness, retail, tech/entertainment, and not-for-profit projects. 
• Working hand in hand with senior leaders to support and lead various PR programs, including campaign development and delivery, pitch strategies, media outreach, research, reporting, and more.
• Leading and assisting client communications on project strategy, status, and deliverables, building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels. 
• Keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of the latest industry, media, and pop-culture trends and translating them into actionable insights and recommendations for our ambitious partners.

Bringing your unique perspective and bright ideas to creative brainstorms, and energy and optimism to problem-solving big and small.
