Reporting and Insights Manager ? Talent Acquisition

The Reporting and Insights Manager will ideally possess the following experience, attributes and capability:

Previous business analyst and reporting experience within a talent acquisition or HR environment will be beneficial when embedding into our customers' environment
Power BI, Tableau and Excel are some of your best friends and you are able to present to senior stakeholders confidently and convincingly through PowerPoint presentations
Data extraction via Applicant Tracking or HR Information Systems 
Ability to extract and analyse data sets, ensuring any anomalies or gaps are rectified and data integrity is always maintained
Presenting trends and insights based on market data, research and competitor insights and presenting all data in a creative and easy-to-interpret format
Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with the TA team and broader business communities
Strong commercial and business acumen and the ability to have detailed discussions regarding economic and labour market analysis, in the context of the customer
