The Project Delivery & Controls Lead is a strategic role that supports the Project Design & Delivery team and execution of projects throughout the clients premises across JAPAC.
About the role
The role will support project and program management efforts with the development and analysis of project budgets, costs, schedules, earned value, risk management and delivery status. Responsibilities will include:
- Participate and drive the planning, tracking, forecasting, analysis and reporting on cost and schedule information for projects and programs of varying size and complexity.
- Provide key support to project and program management efforts monitoring project progress, coordinating and tracking cost and schedule data and identifying key project delivery risks and issues.
- Manage the Relationship with the “Eco-System” of Client Partners (Local & Global)
- Manage and lead project delivery scope and execution planning of multiple projects across minor & major works, including fit-out & refurb projects
About You
- Tertiary qualification in either a construction, project management, architecture or business related discipline
- Significant experience gained within a project management capacity, ideally with exposure to both small to large scale fit-out/refurb works in the corporate sector
- Ability to engage with and manage a diverse stakeholder group located in multiple geographies
- Self driven and comfortable working autonomously
