As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our opal sales, customer service, and marketing efforts. This role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin, as we have a rapidly expanding Chinese client base.

Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online and instore opal sales establishment.
· Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
· Maintain retail inventory and procure opal stock at optimal levels and pricing.
· Continuously improve online and instore experience, creating a customer friendly and responsive environment.
Sales and Marketing:
· Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promote retail sale of our opal products.
· Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
· Set retail pricing.
· Implement promotional campaigns and special offers to increase retail sales and customer retention.
· Create engaging content for our social media platforms.
Customer Service:
· Provide outstanding customer support to English and Mandarin-speaking retail customers in person and via email, chat, and phone.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure that retail customer feedback is collected and used to improve products and services.
· Work towards building long-lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Team Management:
· Build and motivate a team of sales associates and customer service representatives.
· Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Performance Analysis:
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
· Generate reports on retail sales performance, customer feedback, and website analytics.
· Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

ABOUT THE ROLE:AWX are seeking motivated individuals to join our client's Hay Processing Team in Yerecoin for the upcoming hay season.Our client is a hay exporter who process and export hay to specialist beef and dairy farms Asia and the Middle East. They have recently embarked on a phase of rapid growth, which included the recent acquisition of four hay processing facilities located in Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria making the group a leader in the Australian Export Hay industry. BENEFITS: Good hourly rate, 5 day working week, some weekend and night workAccommodation and utilities available for drive in drive out role.Above award rates KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:Complying with all workplace Health and Safety requirementsEnsure accuracy and conformance with prestart checks and plant inspection processes.Perform routine maintenance and repairs to the hay press as instructed (training provided)Maintain a high level of quality control and standards.ABOUT YOU:To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Self-Motivated and willingness to learn.Previous experience in a hay processing plant (Preferred but not essential)Physically fit.Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work 12 hour shifts either day or Night shifts.Pro-active work ethic.Good time management skills.Forklift Licence. (Preferred but not essential)Telehandler Licence/experience. (Preferred but not essential)Drivers Licence.
