About the Role 

The BPM Tool Specialist responsibilities include:

• BPM System Configuration & Administration: Build, configure, administer and update process management artefacts within the BPM system such as process architecture, process standards, process attributes, user interfaces, datasets, and workflows. Assist in integrating with existing systems and databases, enabling seamless data integrity, exchange, and accessibility.
• BPM System Requirements: Continuously manage, prioritise and align BPM system components to business requirements and the BPM system lifecycle.
• Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to users, addressing any technical or usage-related questions.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create and share BPM system reports with Business Owners to provide insights and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement or process re-design.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, experts, vendors, and technical teams to align system design with business requirements for a fit-for-purpose BPM solution. Promote the BPM system and its usage in BPM.

• Bring your dynamic personality and knowledge of digital media channels to this great role, specifically Programmatic, Paid Social & YouTube.

As the Digital Media Specialist you will support the Digital Media Leads in the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital media activity across all campaigns and channels (SEM, affiliates, paid social, display, video, audio). Helping to drive digital media plans to achieve brand objectives such as awareness, consideration, and conversion/sales.

You will support the Digital Media Lead on larger briefs while being responsible for low to medium sized campaigns, as well as mentoring and training the Digital Coordinator to assist in activation and reporting of all activity.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Support the Digital Media team in planning and buying of digital media. Play a key support role to the Digital Media Lead by partnering with supporting their relevant brand marketing teams.
• Responsible for developing strategic responses to briefs,  tactical planning (low to mid tier activity), execution, optimisation and measurement of paid digital media activity across all required campaigns and channels (Search, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, etc) 
• Inflight and post campaign budget management & delivery of reporting, as required by brand teams. Initiating and managing tactical test and learn opportunities.
• Responsible for the delivery of creative spec briefs for digital media channels, partnering with the creative services team
• Build a strong relationships with the broader Endeavour Marketing and eCommerce teams, our Media Agencies and our key digital partners. Influence key stakeholders to drive greater performance and mutual outcomes. Present campaign responses to cross functional teams and make recommendations on improving media effectiveness. 
• Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation 
• Have continued curiosity and interest in the evolution of digital media and technology, staying abreast of new advancements and bringing learnings and best practice to the team and our activity 
• Training and upskilling the Digital Coordinators, assisting them with workload and help them to prioritise tasks.
• Provide input into weekly updates to Marketing Leadership team on digital media performance results 
• Role modelling the Endeavour Group’s Values and Ways of Working 
   

• Full-time or part-time (4 days) position until 30 June 2025

THE ROLE 
Looking for a rewarding career in early childhood intervention? EACH needs an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you'll: 

• Deliver supports, in partnership with families, to help them achieve their goals, using evidence informed best practice.  

• Use assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development to tailor support options that fit each child and family.  

• Empower families, caregivers, and professionals, helping them build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives using your coaching skills. 

• Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose.  

• keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals, in the NDIA business system. 

• Guide families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans. 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood/ Education

• Expert knowledge in child development and early intervention along with the ability to identify developmental issues. 

• Proven track record building relationships and supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities, including the implementation of effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings. 

• Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles and the National Disability Insurance Scheme
