We are seeking a skilled Commercial Pricing Specialist for our client, a leading Global insurer in the property insurance sector. This role focuses on ensuring that core cost control tools, processes, systems, governance, and reporting within Home Claims & Assessing align with group strategy and adapt to market conditions. Guarantee these tools are fit for purpose, effectively utilized, and continuously enhanced across the Claims & Assessing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing: Assist the Commercial Manager in managing inputs, standards, pricing rates, and quoting practices for the AGS building price catalog, ensuring all building prices are current and only approved rates are deployed.
Market Rates: Actively monitor market rates and builder-submitted rates to ensure AGS pricing remains competitive and compliant with quoting methodologies,
