As the Digital Media Specialist you will support the Digital Media Leads in the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital media activity across all campaigns and channels (SEM, affiliates, paid social, display, video, audio). Helping to drive digital media plans to achieve brand objectives such as awareness, consideration, and conversion/sales.
You will support the Digital Media Lead on larger briefs while being responsible for low to medium sized campaigns, as well as mentoring and training the Digital Coordinator to assist in activation and reporting of all activity.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Support the Digital Media team in planning and buying of digital media. Play a key support role to the Digital Media Lead by partnering with supporting their relevant brand marketing teams.
- Responsible for developing strategic responses to briefs, tactical planning (low to mid tier activity), execution, optimisation and measurement of paid digital media activity across all required campaigns and channels (Search, Affiliates, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, etc)
- Inflight and post campaign budget management & delivery of reporting, as required by brand teams. Initiating and managing tactical test and learn opportunities.
- Responsible for the delivery of creative spec briefs for digital media channels, partnering with the creative services team
- Build a strong relationships with the broader Endeavour Marketing and eCommerce teams, our Media Agencies and our key digital partners. Influence key stakeholders to drive greater performance and mutual outcomes. Present campaign responses to cross functional teams and make recommendations on improving media effectiveness.
- Be a key part of a culture of continuous improvement & optimisation
- Have continued curiosity and interest in the evolution of digital media and technology, staying abreast of new advancements and bringing learnings and best practice to the team and our activity
- Training and upskilling the Digital Coordinators, assisting them with workload and help them to prioritise tasks.
- Provide input into weekly updates to Marketing Leadership team on digital media performance results
