The Store Cashier and HR/Payroll Manager multiple roles as follows. Store Cashier, requiring to undertake the banking, balancing of the cash safe and supplying change daily to the Customer Service Department.

As a Payroll Manager at Retinue, you will be leading and growing a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. The role

As a Senior Payroll Officer at Retinue, you will be joining a growing team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. As a Payroll Accountant overseeing Employment Hero’s internal payroll across multiple geographies, you play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing on an international scale. Your responsibilities include meticulous review of payruns, collaboration with outsourced payroll providers, and coordination with diverse stakeholders across different regions. You will also be working closely with the accounting and compliance teams to ensure payroll-related journals and filings are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a great communicator with stakeholder management experience and who has great time management skills to meet deadlines.

As a Payroll Accountant, you will:

• Review payruns from the outsourced payroll provider for multiple geographies (AU, NZ, UK, SG, MY, PH), ensuring compliance with diverse international payroll regulations
• Navigate and understand the complexities of payroll processes across different countries and regions and resolve any issues/discrepancies
• Review WFH expenses
• Processing payroll-related journal entries and filings in a timely manner (eg. PAYG/PAYE, payroll tax, super, workers compensation insurance renewals, etc)
• Serve as primary point of contact for Finance with the rest of the business and external vendors in relation to all payroll matters
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Reporting to the Clinical Application Manager – General Imaging | Ultrasound, you will work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and customers to play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our Ultrasound business.

Your role:

Providing clinical support throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship with both new and existing customers, you will work in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on the Philips Ultrasound portfolio including advanced imaging techniques. You will play a pivotal role in maximizing customer satisfaction, and elevating the efficiency of patient care, through providing effective training around the optimal use of our equipment once delivered / installed and handed over by Philips.

 Other key responsibilities

• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.

• Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment delivered enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.

• Train / re-train hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment

• Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction.

• Be aware and to manage at all times the quality and safety standards required by the company, including radiation protection, health and safety regulations.

• Supporting the business with input on configurations, working with the Account Manager, Clinical Applications Manager and Clinical Modality Sales Specialist to provide clinical feedback to assist in funnel management.

 

You're the right fit if:

• You have postgraduate studies in General Imaging | Ultrasound with ideally a minimum of 3 years in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department.

• Experience with advanced imaging technologies, or imaging subspecialties is highly desirable.

• Previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be highly regarded.

• Outstanding relationship building and communication skills with high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results.

• The ability to travel across Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific as required.

The Role

This newly created role sits within our commercial team, which is an essential part of the future growth success of Ofload.
