What You'll Do

We currently have a 12-month maximum term parental leave cover opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant/Operations Support to provide a high level of support to the CEO at NRMA Energy.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for calendar, email, travel, and expense management as well as driving operational excellent across the business. This is a role that will suit a highly experienced Executive Assistant and who is interested in learning more about business operations and jumping in to provide solutions to create marketing collateral, arrangements with media, full event management, tender writing, as well as coordinating deliveries to the warehouse, shipping kit.

This role is preferably based at our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with the flexibility to work from home.  Some travel will be required to our Sydney and interstate sites across Australia as agreed and required.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Manage the CEO’s diary with excellent communication to both internal and external stakeholders, flagging emails and phone calls ensuring timely responses
• Coordinate and schedule team meetings, workshops and other internal events for the Energy team, draft agendas
• Arrange interstate travel logistics for CEO and team often to remote locations
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO and team, maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with the accurate and timely entry of contracts into our online portal
• Timely, accurate expense submission for CEO and GMs, delegated approval for team expenses
• Collaborate with marketing, budget for and pay invoices, arrange delivery of kit and collateral, attend events and be a knowledgeable brand representative on the stand
• Assist the Community liaison lead with new site launches including design, ordering and delivery of collateral; smooth stakeholder management of profile industry, government and media attendees, attending some launches
• Assist with tender responses including content writing and information gathering as required
• Provide operational support as required.  This may entail attending sites, speaking with suppliers, customers and partners.
• Source answers to questions from the call centre, ensuring timely responses.
• Read and share EV news ensuring team is across National news items pertaining to EV
• Manage access, logistics and maintenance 3x branded vehicles
• Ensure the team are tracking their safety observations and make your own when out at site/warehouse/office.

The Team

Lyka is growing and is looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Analyst that will be responsible for helping set up systems and processes for the Partnerships Team, our GTM launch for our Vet Partners Program and troubleshooting issues as we scale rapidly with a small team.

Who you are

You will create quality, efficiency and velocity for our Partnership team by building thoughful processes and automations using our CRM and supporting tech stack. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact and hit the ground running by helping with our GTM launch for our Vet Program. What you will do

• Manage our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring proper data hygiene and adherence, while collaborating with internal teams to drive new automations, processes and integrations
• Work with Lyka Pack Members to identify system gaps, errors and shortcomings while developing and owning the plan for remediation
• Project manage large scale program launches, like our upcoming Vet Program, as well as system changes and process improvements by working with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are clearly communicated
• Act as a trusted partner to our sales team by assisting with the development of sales plans and strategies, offering comprehensive operational and analytical support
• Identify and drive key projects across Lyka/Partnerships, ensuring the overall roadmap is aligned with overall internal infrastructure
• Create sales and channel dashboards incorporating performance metrics to showcase insights and communicate strategic recommendations (ex. analyse a particular strategy campaign, commission payment analysis)
• Live and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles in the workplace

• 3+ years of ever-increasing responsibility in Sales Operations, Enablement, Strategy, BizOps, or Analytics role within a B2B (ideally SaaS) company or in a top tier strategy consultancy environment
• Experience managing a CRM, preferably HubSpot
• An analytical and inquiring mind with the ability to communicate data into relevant insight
• Organised and concise: able to document and consolidate complicated issues into a clear, obtainable solutions
• Sales Enablement experience with onboarding, product training, sales resources, and internal content for teams
• Advanced excel skills, particularly managing a large macro-run process

Requirements: A minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience (for Specialist, 8-10 for Senior Specialist) in transport planning or engineering and undertaking economic feasibility studies for transport investments, urban transport development planning and/or traffic management/analysis. Extensive experience working in transport operations or the management of transport/logistic projects in middle-income and/or developed countries and the introduction of state-of-the-art technology/expertise to countries in Asia, experience in planning and programming of investment and maintenance works in the transport sector, and institutional reforms would be favorably considered. Work experience in developing countries would be an advantage. An understanding of the challenges facing the Asian transport sector, and familiarity with various modes of transport activities and development in general, and in-depth knowledge of at least one mode of transport. Strong organizational and project management skills to conduct day-to-day management of a large and complex project portfolio. Proven experience and depth of expertise in one transport area, or breadth across multiple transport areas, with in depth knowledge within one area. • Manage the tracking and delivery of partnership contract obligations, including responsibility for volume forecasting, incentive calculations and payments

• Liaise with client stakeholders to answer ad-hoc requests (including finance, product, marketing, strategy)

• Manage the governance of any applicable agreements connected to the client partnerships. This includes improving upon the design and implementation of the governance framework and operating model.

• Develop processes and program templates for responsibilities such as incentive activity plans, project management and tracking, issue resolution, risk management and stakeholder management.

• Manage the documentation and recording of all program activities, and management of reporting.

• Use reporting tools to monitor portfolio activities and regularly brief business leadership on the performance and status of initiatives.

• Lead price and schedule negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain the best pricing for materials, equipment and services

• Understanding of procurement and supply chain best practice, commercial law and methodologies for the procurement of goods and services for construction works

About the Role, and Why it is a GREAT Step for You!

Datacom operations are seeking an Operations Centre Engineer whose role is to monitor systems including Windows, UNIX, Database, Cloud and backups in real-time on a 24x7x365 rotational basis and able to troubleshoot/triage/resolve events or escalating to specialist’s teams for resolution. You will receive a standby allowance for when offshift and when called in to cover, all hours are considered overtime. There is a shift allowance of 12.5% on all working hours too so that standard pay is as uniform as possible, regardless of if you are day or night shift.

It is essentially just above an entry-level role, so don't let the title scare you off! We do still need people with IT experience - the role is perfect for those who have done service desk or desktop engineering work - but note that this is still an associate level position. It is seen as a transitionary role and a great stepping stone to get into higher level IT roles, as has happened with many of our staff since the teams' inception 4 years ago. After working in this role, you should be able to handle the business critical tasks and changes while you have time to focus on any certifications you are interested in. OUR REGISTERED NURSES:
We are currently seeking aged care experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to support our brand new, state-of-the-art aged care residence based in Tamworth. We need Registered Nurses who will look after our residents with a high level of attentiveness, kindness, and respect. We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for:
An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of Signature Care
Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
The ability to work as part of a team and promote education and leadership in aged care
Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
Experience in assessments and developing care plans
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents
An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
An understanding of Australian National Aged Care Classification funding model
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills
Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously

Overall Role Purpose As an Airfreight Import Customer Operations Specialist, you will receive training and development in the below responsibilities: Acts as key contact for allocated customers (AFR) Accepts and processes orders for handover to Operations. Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated customers. Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions. Provides spot quotations and performs up-and cross-selling on inbound customer calls. Pass leads onto our sales department. Manages customer inquiries. Manages customer requests regarding Go Green topics. Takes and manages any customer complaints; solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions. Acts as first contact point for customer claims for notification and reception of claims and respective document collection. Billing of Air Freight Customs shipments, accurately and timely Accountabilities Customer, Other Stakeholder & Process Monitor and arrange retrieval of general cargo and cold chain shipments from airlines. Submit cargo reports to Australian Border Force Invoicing of externally cleared import airfreight shipments. Interrogate Customs status’ using ICS. Complete corrections to rating errors and AWB’s. Conduct any corrections and adjustments as necessary to Airfreight Import forwarding process. Manage general enquiries as received via email or phone. Lodge intent to claims on airlines for damages. Provide support and back up to fellow team members where required. Additional tasks as instructed by Department Manager / Supervisors. Skills / Qualifications Minimum three (3) years previous experience in Shipping/International freight forwarding industry in airfreight operational roles (advantageous)/ Import operational roles (advantageous).
