As the Operations Manager you will be working a key Client account, managing 11 locations across Australia & New Zealand to ensure operational, financial, health & safety and quality KPI's are being consistently met across the scope of our contract.
You will have the ability to foster strong working relationships and oversee all aspects of service delivery.
You will have a consummate understanding of corporate hospitality management and a focus to drive operational performance across food services and Soft FM services. Your experience and commercial savvy will allow you the capacity to seamlessly absorb potential new Client sites within the sector longer term.
Duties will include:
- overall management of business activities across sites within your portfolio
- oversight of relevant food Safety and HSE legislation requirements
- ensure operational budgets & KPI's are met or exceeded
- support in the management of a geographically spread team
Who are we looking for?
You are passionate about providing excellent customer service with proven experience delivering contract services to key strategic corporate clients. You have experience leading and managing a catering teams and have excellent stakeholder management as well as strong negotiation skills.
- Highly developed MS Office skills including PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on challenging key performance indicators
- Strong understanding of Human Resources management
- Good financial literacy
- Demonstrated experience managing food services
- Strong record of successfully managing HSE performance
