The role will involve: 

• Drive operational excellence for the Applied Business across Australia and New Zealand.

• Responsible to ensure the Pacific Applied Business deliver monthly/quarterly Outlook commitments for Rev/GM and Utilization.

• Monthly Financial Forecasts and Reporting.

• Consolidate view of MTD/QTD financial performance with total view on OL + R&O.

• Support broader team with Asset management – including Accounts Payable and Receivable reduction, UBRS and UERS reviews.

What we are looking for: 

• 10+ years’ experience within HVAC Applied Business or similar environments.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines. 

• High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel.

• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
