Your duties will be: • Facilitate toolbox, HSE meetings, trainings. • Contribute to and provide feedback on HSE management system documentation and tools. • Coordinate investigations and reporting of incidents and accidents. • Review pre-employment medicals and other onboarding requirements. • Assist in development and implementation of safety inductions, safe act observation and VOC programs. • Assist in assessment of impacts on Safety and Environment of planned and actual changes to the workplace and work practices. • Guidance on HSE, training matters and coordination with internal and external stake holders. • Assist in injury and incident management in line with company procedures. • Assist in project and general business HSE safety requirements. • Track compliance across the business with regards to relevant accreditations (ISO, CM3 etc). • Manage accreditation and reaccreditation applications/process (ISO, CM3 etc) • Coordinate and verify company and regulatory policies and procedures. • Inspect and audit workplace (including remote, non-metro sites) in accordance with the Internal Audit Schedule. About you: • MS Office user • Knowledge of QMS policies and procedures • ICAM Investigation Training • Lead auditor trained to ISO 9001,45001 & 14001 • Cert IV in WHS • Experience in Auditing, ISO 9001,45001 & 14001 If you possess relevant experience and are available for a new opportunity, please submit your resume by clicking APPLY.
