About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Analyst, Partnerships to join our experienced teams in Effective Philanthropy and Impact Missions. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Impact Missions you will be responsible for distilling and analysing user and market insights, and proving support to Impact Missions team members. You will understand and identify opportunities that are both user-centred, whilst balancing technical and commercial priorities.

Your day to day will include end-to-end management of collaborations, from undertaking research on prospective partners to systems management and reporting.

In addition you will:

• Work with Partnerships and Impact Missions team members to establish, manage, maintain, and track partnerships data.
• Monitor activities carried out under collaborations/partnership agreements including progress to milestones, reporting, learning outcomes.
• Coordinate, prepare and maintain quality control of internal reporting related to Impact Missions partnerships.
• Manage partner data and undertake analysis to provide insights on partnership portfolio.

The Group Payroll Team works in partnership with all divisions of TSA to comply with all relevant employee legislation and regulations applicable to our industry.

As a Senior Payroll Officer in this team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient, effective, and high-quality payroll service to our employees. As a subject matter expert, you will guide and educate the payroll team as well as ensure lodgments are made in line with legislation and support the Group Manager Payroll where required.

The role

As a Senior Payroll Officer at Retinue, you will be joining a growing team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. Leveraging your extensive experience in payroll processing, you will ensure that our clients' payroll operations are efficient, accurate, and compliant with tax legislation.

You will not be responsible for calculating employee hours, rates of pay or entitlements, which we consider to be employment relations work and outside the scope of our payroll processing service. You will however be responsible for helping our clients make payroll processing less of a burden and making sense of complex ATO/tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that payroll processing is completed on time, is accurate, and with a focus on providing a hassle-free client experience.
• Ensure compliance with tax legislation and reporting requirements of different states and territories.
• Complete superannuation reconciliations and lodgements
• Accurately report, manage and lodge payroll information through the Single Touch Payroll system.
• Resolve escalated payroll issues and queries, collaborating with clients, internal stakeholders, and external authorities when necessary.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation that may impact payroll processing.
• Provide supervision to junior team members, including offshore team members, to help foster their professional growth and development.
• Complete year-end payroll activities and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role, managing payroll for multiple clients ideally in a senior capacity.
• Xero payroll software experience is essential; experience of using other payroll systems will be considered favourably.
• In-depth knowledge of tax legislation to the extent it relates to payroll processing.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary

$80,000-$95,000 + super (depending on experience)

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive Director, Oceans. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative and operations support. Working collaboratively with other Focus and Enabler areas, and Corporate Services as part of our matrix structure. Including supporting the Oceans leadership team on accounting, people, recruitment, IT, and other administrative matters as required.

This role facilitates and coordinates, tracks, and prioritises a range of critical tasks and projects in support of the broader Oceans team including:

• Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operation schedules, calendars, and appointments for complex meetings, and domestic/international travel arrangements across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Coordinating team meetings, preparation of agendas, capturing action items and arranging attendance of guest speakers. 
• Managing logistics, scheduling, planning, and disseminating of materials for events, expeditions, workshops and interface with Chair and Co-Chair Offices.
• Records and data management including, but not limited to, management of Microsoft Teams pages, SharePoint site and maintaining an organised filing system.
• Management of administration and travel budget items, including overseeing expense reporting.

The successful candidate will also manage one direct report and supervise and manage the workload of Administration Coordinators responsible for planning and management of domestic and international travel, expense management, purchase requisition and invoicing support. Supporting events and meeting coordination for program heads.
