Embark you next opportunity: Heritage Field Operations is expanding, and we are seeking Heritage Field Officer to join the team.  The Heritage Field Officer is responsible for the safe conduct of heritage surveys, compliance work, and field-based activities across our MinRes site operations in the Yilgarn, West Pilbara, Central Pilbara regions. You will have the ability to work closely with native title partners and their representatives, heritage consultants, and MinRes representatives to safely plan and undertake field-based heritage activities, whilst maintaining strong and mutually respectful relationships with Traditional Owners and facilitate their involvement in fieldwork-based activity across MinRes project areas.   You will report directly to the Senior Heritage Field Officer and be on a regular 8/6 roster to oversee our Heritage field programs at our MinRes Site operations and other greenfield projects as the business requires. Key deliverables: As directed by the Senior Heritage Field Officer, collaborate with Traditional Owners and internal stakeholders to plan and conduct heritage field activities safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-and post-start meetings and prepare daily communications to ensure fieldwork participants understand the scope of works and safety requirements, and effectively report fieldwork outcomes and issues.
