About the role

• Gather and analyse data sets to uncover talent trends, patterns and insights that support decision-making

• Support the implementation of HR transformation initiatives and create dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders

• Follow-up on all People Partner projects across both regions and ensure close coordination with stakeholders until the full and successful completion of projects

• Develop materials for presentations, interviews, executive sessions

• Provide support to the management of HR budgets

• Organize and manage all team meetings eg. setting agendas, taking notes and ensure follow-up on all decisions made during meetings

• Assist Head of People Partnering to engage with all People teams across both regions as well as to assist in the planning and execution of People team events eg. Town hall meetings, skip level discussions, lunch & learns and recognition programs

• Constantly stay in tune with People trends in the market (both within and outside real estate sector) and sharing such knowledge internally

About You

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in HR or business related field preferred, but not required

• 5+ years’ experience in a client-focused role (e.g., Management, Finance/Audit, Human Capital consulting)

• Strong business mindset with a talent to support the successful implementation of impactful programs and initiatives.

• Exceptional planning, organizational and project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and influence others to meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to turn data into a story.

• Ability to turn thoughts into graphic representations using Microsoft 360 suite of products.

• Outstanding numeracy skills – to handle budgets, compensation etc.

• Ability to balance global initiatives, thought leadership and consistency with local relevance and practical implementation.

• Strong business acumen; commercial understanding of real estate a plus.

As a People Operations Manager, you will ensure a high quality of service is delivered to colleagues in APAC whilst also ensuring that employee relations are managed effectively, mitigating risk across the Region. Key Responsibilities:

• Track & oversee case load of ER activity and provide coaching and training to team members
• Lead the development, review, and update of high-quality HR policies and procedures

• Line mange a team of People Coordinators maximising the performance of the team, always ensuring a high level of engagement
  

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience within People Operations or similar role for a global company (UK, North America, India, Singapore and Australia)
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy

What you’ll do

• Lead simultaneous software implementation projects, from kick-off calls to go-live and post-training reviews, ensuring projects are completed within budget and TTV timeframes are met.
• Collaborate with a team of consultants and developers to customise and develop software solutions, fix bugs, and deliver top-notch customer experiences.
• Deliver system training to new and existing customers, keeping them up-to-date with the latest system features and best practices.
• Assist customers with software configuration to meet their changing needs and ensure optimal system performance.

What you'll need?

• 10+ years experience with WFM, Payroll, or CRM software is essential in this role!

You'll start as a solo marketeer, connecting with customers directly via a variety of different communication channels to highlight and demonstrate the benefits of Twinkl's Australia literature and library-specific resources. You'll be moving into this position as a team of one with the support of many, so you’ll need to take a rapid iterative approach, employing different marketing and business development techniques to get the message out to customers. You'll be responsible for defining, building and managing the right team to support user growth within the Australian Librarian customer segment. You will be commercially minded and comfortable deciding where to pursue opportunities. You will be responsible for reporting monthly and quarterly in line with business expectations.

This is a very varied role that involves both proactive strategic planning and reactive work as you pivot and respond to the demands of your growing market.

A typical week could involve any of the following:

• Showing tenacity and drive, and going above and beyond to reach new customers and build your segment.
• Engaging with customers within the literature and library markets (both external and school libraries), connecting with Australian authors and influential associations, and working alongside other Segment Managers and Australia to develop plans for potential development and direction of library-specific resources.
• Sales and marketing:  Spreading the word to new customers, whom we can help and support! Creating and managing specific social media activity and making sure the right messages reach our customers at the right time. Connecting with Australian authors, large organisations and influential decision-makers within the literature and library communities. 
• Digital optimisation – Creating and executing a new user experience for Australian Librarians via our web and design teams and continuously improving this.
• Business management and strategy – Putting plans in place to help achieve our ambitious growth targets and working with other Segment and Country Managers to understand what’s working and how we can improve.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

The Digital Activation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, of digital media campaigns, across one of Australia’s most well-known brands. You will have the ability to grow your career quickly with this innovative and powerhouse brand – working on campaigns that delve into all facets of the digital landscape. This role will help deliver all business reviews, as well as heavily assisting the Digital Activation Director with quarterly business reviews, product development, and assistance with new business. This role must ensure the performance of all client accounts within their team and that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building exceptionally strong relationships with them. The Digital Activation Manager will be responsible for the response and overall quality of the Direct IO & Programmatic response to brief, define campaign KPI’s and measurement of the campaign alongside the delivery of the post campaign report.

The Digital Activation Manager is also responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and overall management of their team to ensure client needs are met.

If you have strong Direct experience with some working knowledge across Programmatic and/or Social, this role will give you a fantastic opportunity to upskill and gain broader digital expertise.  

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

• Full ownership of client relationship, service, and performance across a tier 1 client - engaging line manager when required in a timely fashion. This includes:
• Leading response to client briefs and building digital media recommendations that achieve strong client outcomes
• Ensuring the team is executing a smooth implementation and delivery of all digital campaigns
• Timely and accurate delivery of ad trafficking

Client

Technical

• Excellent Direct IO, and/or Programmatic and/or Paid Social experience. Significant experience in delivering Direct campaigns to achieve client results.
• Deep understanding of platform features and how it can deliver outcomes for clients.
• Experience using: Google Ads, DV360, CM360 & Meta Ads
• Deep understanding and experience working across Paid Search
• Strong ability in designing and implementing testing framework
• Excellent data analysis, insights and reporting ability translated into actionable improvements for client outcomes
• Keeps up to date and has an opinion on industry trends and beta products for testing.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably a university degree or higher education qualifications.
• 3+ years’ experience in Direct IO, programmatic or ad operations role in a media agency or in house
• Experience in managing client communication and relationship as well as a portfolio of clients
• Experience in people management
• Proficient in using: Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ideally you have experience across programmatic platforms: DV360, Verizon, TTD, Amobee, Mediamath, AppNexus.
• Experience using CM360 for trafficking and reporting purposes. Experience in other adservers (Sizmek, Flashtalking, Celtra) nice to have but not essential.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian Media Landscape
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising
