As Internal Communications Coordinator you’ll lead a team of internal communications specialists, establish a reputation as a trusted advisor for senior leaders and deliver critical internal communications that have an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the development of strategic internal communications campaigns and projects to raise awareness of Council services, programs, projects, initiatives and events.
• Develop and execute an annual strategic internal communications plan for the organisation.
• Strategically review and evolve our internal communications channels to ensure they are engaging, innovative, targeted, appropriate and cost-effective.
• Lead and motivate a team of internal communications specialists to deliver a range of critical communications activities to boost staff engagement and interaction.
• Safeguard and enhance Council’s reputation by identifying issues, risks and opportunities

• You’ll be adept and willing to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, balancing often competing needs with complex policy, process, organisational and political dynamics.
• You’ll have a passion for storytelling and continually look for opportunities to craft and deliver a compelling narrative that drives value for the organisation and influences positive change.
• A key voice in the Customer and Strategy division, you’ll provide strategic internal communications thought leadership and support to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team, Mayor and Councillors and support the policy direction of the Council. 
• You will form a strong partnership with the Manager, Strategic Communications and Advocacy to manage the tactical execution of Council’s annual strategic internal communications plan.

F45 Training is looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator for VAURA, to assist us as we grow this brand by planning, implementing and managing our social media presence. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has a pulse on all social media platforms and isn't afraid to take risks. You will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience and an interest in social analytics. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of all our social channels. You will understand the target audience and have a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will..

• Manage and edit content / editorial calendar across multiple global social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Development of briefs for content creation with creative and design teams for larger projects
• Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across the brands.
• Uphold community management best practices and engage with audiences across all brand channels.
• Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics.
• Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice community management.
• Monitor company brand consistency, customer engagement, web traffic of social media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels.
• Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy.
• Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness through impactful storytelling.
• Work with Director of Content/VP Marketing on KOL and Influencer Strategies to develop always on creator content.

Our ideal social media manager will have...

• Background in fitness and passion for functional fitness and pilates.
• 1-3 years of experience social media management and community engagement.
• A demonstrated track record of growing engaged audiences on organic social channels.
• A knack for evaluating social media analytics and adapting strategies and tactics based on insights.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills - as well as some ability to create visuals, videos, etc.
• Able to work individually or in a team environment.
• Online marketing and/or copywriting experience a plus.
• Possesses outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
