Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for following up on quotes that initially didn't result in business. Your goal is to understand any concerns, address them effectively, and amend quotes to close the sale. You'll play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively follow up on and convert quotes to sales, aiming for a minimum 50% win ratio
Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns
Analyse and amend quotes to meet customer expectations
Offer discounts or alternative solutions to close sales in consultation with Director
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
