About the Role The Digital Coordinator will manage and optimise Mad Mexs digital and CRM channels, including supporting the Mad Members loyalty program. Key responsibilities include:
Driving growth and delivering value to the Mad Members loyalty base by creating seamless digital user experiences across in-restaurant, app, and website platforms.
Managing end-to-end CRM communications for both local area marketing and national campaigns.
