This is an exciting opportunity to join the SGS team as a Digital & Marketing Coordinator who will support across AU/NZ for this 12-month parental leave cover! We are seeking a creative, highly motived, and experienced marketing professional for this potential hybrid role located in Perth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Director, Minderoo Pictures you will actively contribute to a high-performing team, facilitating and coordinating a range of critical tasks and projects in support of Minderoo Pictures.  Working productively and efficiently, collaborating closely with other Focus & Enabler areas and Corporate Services as part of our matrix structure across and championing our One Minderoo Culture.  Focusing where applicable on partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries to execute a content strategy aligned with Minderoo’s strategic goals.

• Work with the ED and Development Producer to manage unsolicited project proposals and recommend projects that merit further consideration by Minderoo Pictures.

About the Role

The Coordinator will provide administrative and operations support to the Walk Free team as well as assist with partnerships, reporting, communications, and some general administrative support.

To deliver executive support across a broad variety of operational and administrative tasks including diary and travel management, email management and meeting preparation for the Walk Free leadership team.

Specifically duties will include:

• Provide general administrative and operations support to the Walk Free team, including:
  • Support the leadership team as required – scheduling meetings, circulating information, ad hoc administration assistance

Are you our Injury Management Coordinator?

DOF is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Injury Management Coordinator to join our team. As the Injury Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Proactively managing the Injury Management Process and Return to Work Programs for DOF - APAC within relevant legislative and company guidelines.
• Ensuring the relevant Country, State or Territory specific Worker’s Compensation legislation is adhered to.
• Managing injuries or illnesses incurred at work to deliver the best outcome to the employee and Company.
• Managing insurance claims in conjunction with Insurance Specialist and aligned with the DOF Claims process.
• Liaising with the company appointed workers compensation insurers and brokers to ensure there is continual high level strategic analysis of claims to help mitigate costs and ensure workers resume their normal duties as soon as practicable.
• Assisting the HSEQ management team with claim analysis to identify the agency of injuries to address shortfalls.
• Attending claims reviews with insurers on a quarterly basis ensuring effective management and coordination of work-related injuries and illnesses,

This is a permanent part-time role : 23 hours per week.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Injury Management Coordinator, including Return to Work Programs in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Allied Health qualification - Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, or similar

Ensure patient confidentiality whilst maintaining accurate and objective records of care provided
Act as an advocate for patients, their family, and carers
Develop a performance management framework to monitor and manage the efficiency of the RAC service
Participate in the evaluation of clinical practice where appropriate.
Actively contribute to quality improvement and achievement of accreditation standards
Monitor and refine clinical practice relative to the assessment of rehabilitation, and work with key stakeholders to develop efficient processes whilst reflecting these in policy

About you Along with a commitment to improving service delivery and integration, you will also have the following:

Appropriate tertiary qualification in related clinical health profession (Allied Health or Nursing)
Current FIM credentialing or work towards within 3 months of commencement of role
Hold a current Victorian Driver's License

Recent leadership and/or management experience

Recent clinical experience within rehabilitation
Recent leadership and/or management experience
Demonstrated understanding and commitment to delivering patient-centred care
High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Demonstrated skill in clinical decision-making, problem identification and solution, and analysis and interpretation of the changing health status of patients
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and a proven track record of service enhancement and an ability to participate in and effect change
Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
Superior organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated high level communication skills- both written and verbal
Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice
Strong understanding of private health funding models specific to rehabilitation
Sound computer skills
