About the Role (your why)

The M365 Consultant plays a key role as a professional services team member of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting solutions end to end for our customers. You will troubleshoot technical issues for customers. You will be accountable for delivering a first-class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services. You will be responsible for providing guidance, advisory and project delivery to customers using best practice and modern technology approaches. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with an enthusiastic team of professionals.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. What you'll do

At the moment, as M365 Consultant you will be focused on:

• Analyse business requirements developing project documentation including solution designs documents, recommendation reports and systems as-built.
• Facilitate customer workshops and presentations providing thought leadership.
• Provide technical leadership for customers Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
• Build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects. Migrating information from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Facilitate training workshops. Develop training materials.
• Follow best practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (EG: Change/release)
• Provide governance and support to customers Microsoft 365 environments.

What you’ll bring:

Required experience:

• Previous experience in an ICT Professional Services organisation as a Microsoft 365 Consultant.
• Experience designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience running workshops.
• Ability to address complex business problems with M365 based solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365; SharePoint Online, MS Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts.

Nice to have:

• Experience developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Information management and Information protection (Microsoft Purview).
• Experience building custom integrations.
• Experience using AvePoint and Nintex.

Key accountabilities

• Works with SME’s to implement, track and report on security controls. Manage the risk assessment framework, and assurance program that align to regulatory requirements, ensuring documented and sustainable compliance that aligns and advances customer’s objectives and supports an uplift in security maturity.

• Evaluates security risks and controls, and develops security standards and procedures, to manage risks. Improves customer’s security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and the continuous evolution of capabilities.

• Implements processes, such as GRC (governance, risk and compliance), to automate and continuously monitor information security controls, exceptions, risks, testing. Develops reporting metrics, dashboards, and evidence artifacts. IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist

• Defines and documents business process responsibilities and ownership of the controls in GRC tool. Schedules regular assessments and testing of effectiveness and efficiency of controls and creates GRC reports.

• Updates security controls and provides support and advice to all stakeholders on security controls covering internal assessments, regulations, protecting Personally Identifying Information (PII) data, and other relevant compliance requirements.

• Performs and investigates internal and external information security risk and exceptions assessments. Handle Incident playbooks, penetration testing, phishing, and social engineering campaigns and awareness training.

• Performs and maintains Risk Assessments, Third-party Risk Assessments. Maintains the IT Risk register and reports IT Security risks to management.

• Documents and reports control failures and gaps to management. Provides remediation guidance and prepares management reports to track remediation activities. • Assists other staff in the management and oversight of security program functions.

• Trains, guides, and acts as a resource on security assessment functions to other business units within customer.

• Proactively develop, maintain and effectively manage constructive working relationships with internal teams, delivery partners and key external agencies.

• Remains current on best practices and technological advancements and acts as the customer’s technical resource for security assessment and regulatory compliance.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Formal qualifications in Business Management, Information Technology Management or related field. Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent level of experience across required areas of expertise – PSPF, ISM, NIST, ISO2700 series

Experience

1+ years of relevant experience in implementing, managing, reviewing and improving internal security controls for governance, compliance and quality, IT audits, or assurance and risk management programs. Track record of performing internal or external audits (financial/operational/IT) in accordance with relevant professional standards. Demonstrated ability to work with and report to a governance board (i.e. audit committee or similar). Highly proficient in audit methodologies, especially but not limited to those applicable in IT environments. Highly skilled in designing and implementing compliance and control frameworks including business process reengineering. Expert in IT governance and quality and security standards. Experience writing high quality documentation and reports. Excellent comprehension of internal controls requirements and implications. Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural and diverse environments.

What a Senior Director, Client Marketing does at Visa

• Obsesses about each client, understands their business, challenges and develops strategies utilising Visa’s marketing expertise, to enable them to achieve their goals
• Leads the planning of an annual account plan and marketing calendar for each client
• Leads the collaboration with the Account Executives to ensure alignment and keep them informed on client marketing progress. Secures partnership incentive allocation for each account plan
• Understands and interprets the client’s needs to identify opportunities for marketing services sales in each account. Leads the sales process including development of marketing services proposals, presentation to clients and closing sales
• Delivers and ideally exceeds annual marketing services (value-added services) revenue targets for each client
• Develops communications strategies and integrated marketing campaign plans for our client marketing projects
• Responsible for financial processes and budget accuracy for the accounts. Keeps the marketing services pipeline updated and accurate. Partners with the Director, Marketing BPO ensuring operating expenses and revenue associated with client marketing projects meet monthly and quarterly forecasts and market P&L outlooks.
• Builds and fosters trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develops and manages a structured engagement plan for each client ensuring connections between Visa and the clients is meaningful from the executive to the working group level. Identifies thought leadership topics that are relevant for each client.
• Oversees team member’s project management of marketing programs, problem solve and remove barriers to ensure we exceed client expectations with our marketing execution
• Ensure the team work effectively with our agency partners to develop and execute high quality communications and campaigns that are on time and on budget
• Monitors results and delivers optimization recommendations to increase the effectiveness of campaigns. Leads the post implementation report for each client project reporting on performance, learnings and actions
• Fosters and develops a high performing team with high quality development plans, coaching and feedback\
