Position: Civil Engineering Draftsperson

Position Overview:
As a Civil Engineering Draftsperson, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering projects by producing detailed drawings and plans using CAD software. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure that all designs are accurate, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the project’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed CAD drawings from engineering plans, sketches, and site visits.
Create comprehensive plans, diagrams, and building façades, including longitudinal and cross sectional views.
Prepare and refine tentative plans and detailed documentation for various construction projects.
Collaborate with engineers and architects in meetings to communicate technical requirements and adjust designs as necessary.
Estimate resources, costs, and potential profits for prospective projects, providing technical input to assist in planning.
Review and assess construction site plans and drawings for accuracy, ensuring they meet engineering standards and project specifications.
Supervise and mentor junior draftspersons and interns, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, with strong proficiency in CAD software.
Excellent understanding of construction and engineering principles.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly
