About the Role You will be responsible for the management and organisation of Health Information, internal performance reporting, mandatory reporting and reporting of activity data. You will be accountable for running KPI and SDO compliance reports, compiling and analysing data relevant to performance and demand management, so that the health service senior management receives data to meet SVHM reporting requirements to G4S and Justice Health as per the Health Service Agreement.
Scheduling and running health related reports from JCare (Electronic Medical Record) to ensure compliance with SDO/KPI reporting
Collection and dissemination of data within the required time frames to internal and external users
Co-ordination of health related complaints and data management of complaints under the direction of Medical Director and Manager SVCH.
