This individual will champion the Laminex reliability journey over a transformative 2-year period. Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager - NSW/VIC, the successful candidate will embody resilience, not just withstanding but thriving amidst complex team dynamics and challenging scenarios. This is a role for a leader who can evolve our culture from reactive maintenance to preventative and proactive strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a complex maintenance team, fostering a culture of planning and seizing asset optimization opportunities.
Drive the adoption and effective use of MEX for maintenance management, ensuring its correct setup and utilization.
