The Role:

We currently have casual opportunities for team focused Housekeepers to join our team at South West Rocks Holiday Resorts.

What you will do:

• General cleaning of cabins, villas and facilities
• Cleaning of bathrooms and all mirrors
• Changing of linen and bedding

About the role

In this role you will lead, plan and coordinate transport (storage and transport moves), container park operations whilst maintaining a high level of discipline around cost efficiency and business productivity. You will work in collaboration with the operations team to ensure efficient freight movement between the wharf, customers, container park, and the warehouse to meet customer (internal & external) service key performance indicators.

• Manage all transport allocation and costs in line with operational requirements, maintaining a high level of productivity in all three main operations areas:

• Wharf – Import/Export

• Container Parks – Empty De-hire and Empty Pick Ups

• Customer – DIFOT/PIFOT

• Plan and monitor daily operations of the PUD Fleet ensuring freight and container movements in accordance with business requirements, showing great leadership and direction to PUD staff and all stakeholders to ensure high level of on time outcomes.

• Plan and implement container movements based on operational requirements.

• Participate in planning sessions with the Scheduler and Warehouse team to meet customer service requirements.

• Provide guidance and direction to PUD staff and Reach Stacker Operators.

• Maintain up to date information within the WAVE, 1-Stop and Container Chain systems.

• Consider and assist with allocation of equipment to whole of network users.

• Ensure dangerous goods are handled correctly through the container park and regulations are adhered to.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in fleet operations in Transport ideally in the intermodal/wharf industry

• Sound knowledge and understanding of OH&S Legislative and Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Safety at Work, Fatigue Management, Mass Management Load Restraint and Chain of Responsibility legislative requirements.

• Understanding of the ADG 07 Code.

• Sound knowledge of Wharf Cartage, national rail line haul system, WA Road Transport legislation, regulations and permit network.

• Experience in Materials Handling process and procedures.

We are currently seeking laboratory technician to join the laboratory team based at our Bentley site in Western Australia.

Here at Bentley, we manufacture and distribute a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA.   The site currently manufactures in excess of 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters!

This is a full-time permanent position in our lab to complete routine laboratory functions to ensure our milk products meet quality standards. This role works within a dynamic team, has challenging tasks and good environment and opportunities for continual professional and personal development. This position will be responsible for ensuring all duties are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner.

Please note: This position's roster will require rotational shift work including a mix of morning, afternoon and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Performing Quality check related activities on milk samples which includes microbiological tests, chemical testing.

• Operate laboratory equipment, calibrations, Data entry, usage of SAP etc. providing high quality and excellent results.

• Monitor and report KPI related to quality.

• Maintain, implement, and monitor laboratory quality systema and adhere to Good Lab practices.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in a scientific or related discipline (Food Science would be preferable).

• Experience working in a microbiology or chemical lab would be beneficial.

• Strong data entry skills and experience in SAP or similar software highly regarded.

• Commitment to making safety a priority and leading a safety-first culture within the team and across the site.

You will report to the Engineering Reliability and Engineering Manager and look after the automation and continuous improvement activities to support the production & ongoing upgrades. You will provide technical recommendations and assist with different site activities. We are looking for someone with automation experience and is always looking for ways to improve processes.

This is a site-based role, working Monday to Friday. Start and finish times are flexible based on business and site needs.

• Providing hands-on support for issues impacting production and technical expertise as required

The Role

We're seeking applications from customer-centric individuals passionate about providing outstanding customer service and striving to achieve top-level sales results.  

If you have a keen interest in sales and want to establish yourself as a strong Outbound Sales master, this is the right role for you!

To ensure you will get our full support and training for the role, we will get you started in an office-based model and move to a hybrid model between our Bentley, WA, head office and home office.

In this role, you will interact with and support Bega Group customers, including Cafes, bakeries, hospitals, aged care, hotels, and local trades, to spread our unique products across Perth Metro.

Responsibilities 

• Drive increased distribution of Bega products throughout designated territory customers. 
• Achieve volume growth, sales & activity achievement goals within the designated territory.
• Identifying business opportunities and meeting distribution targets.
• Achieving daily outbound calls target through selling promotions & deals across our range.
• Partnering with state-based Territory Managers to drive growth in allocated regions.
• Building & maintaining trusting relationships with customers.

About you 

• Experience in Outbound sales is preferred but not essential. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to achieve daily and weekly targets & KPIs.
• Able to work independently.

Position Summary:

Intelerad is seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader for its Oceania Division, which encompasses operations in Australia and New Zealand. The GM will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and managing the Profit and Loss (PnL) aspects of the division. This position involves both direct managerial authority (solid line) over certain functions and functional (dotted-line) authority over others, requiring a leader who can navigate complex structures and influence cross-functional teams. 

Although the reporting responsibilities will evolve as the position dictates, the GM initially is expected to have direct responsibility for:  Professional Services, Customer Success, Support and SRE.  Dotted line responsibilities include:  all growth engine functions, sales engineering and sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. PnL Management: Oversee the full Profit and Loss responsibilities for the Oceania Division, ensuring financial targets and other agreed-upon metrics are met in the short and long term.
2. Customer Satisfaction: Lead the strategy and execution for improved customer satisfaction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support throughout the customer journey.
3. Team Leadership: Directly manage certain functional areas of the business, while exerting functional influence over other departments to align with the division's goals.

About the Role

In this newly created position, you will take the lead on joint development programs between Relectrify and our customers to drive smarter, faster, and more effective delivery of technical solutions to customers as they develop energy storage products with Relectrify CellSwitch™ technology.

Using your exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge, you will define the program requirements including product specifications and scope of works and effective liaise between external stakeholders and Relectrify's team of electrical, mechanical and software engineers to manage expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programs of work between Relectrify and our customers integrating Relectrify technology into their products, including 

• Engaging with customers from pre-sale through to completion of the joint developments 
• Defining Scope of Work and responsibilities for delivery
• Detailed definition of product specifications based on thorough understanding of customer requirements and expectations. 
• Managing the contributors to deliver the projects on time and within budget including managing variations of scope to provide satisfactory resolutions to both Relectrify and the customer
• Ensuring excellent outcomes delivered to the customer   

• Nurturing customer relationships by delivering high quality experiences to customers integrating Relectrify technology into their products
