As a Support Operations Manager, you will lead, manage, and be the escalation point for the Technical Operations Engineers and Menu & Support Leads, in order to provide world-class customer support to our global clients across all our products: Serve, Connect, Reward and me&u. What You’ll Do
- Onboard, train, manage, motivate and develop the Technical Operations Engineers, Menu & Support and Customer Experience Leads, providing coaching, engagement and evaluation to assist them in their day-to-day responsibilities and career development.

- Ensure the Support and Customer Experience teams are set up for success with the required tools and documentation in place to deliver an excellent customer experience to our customers.
- Provide non-technical and technical support to our customers and serve as the escalation point for the Technical Operations team and Menu & Support team.
- Be the Customer Success team's source of truth regarding technical issues and troubleshooting, escalating issues to the developers when issues are confirmed.
- Lead and coordinate the Technical Operations and Customer Support team during and after high-severity incidents.
- Work closely with the Customer Operations Director to identify improvements to processes, tools and products to reduce the number of inbound support requests.
- Work with the Programs and enablement Manager to ensure correct internal and public documentation for all support and product-related knowledge bases.
- Create and manage our incident response plan and ensure all SLA’s are met.
- Directly handle communications and be the escalation point for large enterprise accounts and groups.

About the Role
The research focused position involves both applied econometrics and applied macroeconomics, undertaking directed research on nowcasting and structural modelling as a member of a multi-institutional team.

Nowcasting is determining and understanding the current state of the economy. It is fundamental to macroeconomic policy making. The availability of new data and methods make it an exciting time to research nowcasting and there is the possibility of making a real policy impact.

The position is funded by an Australian Research Council Discovery Grant “Nowcasting and Interpreting the Australian Economy” (DP230100959). The aim of this grant is to produce high- quality research papers developing novel nowcasting methodologies that will enable the timely interpretation of economic developments. Fiscal policy will be a particular area of focus. This work is intended to inform economic policy in Australia. The research team includes: Dr Tim Robinson, Professor Kalvinder Shields and Dr Yong Song (University of Melbourne), Professor Kevin Lee (University of Nottingham), Dr Luke Hartigan (University of Sydney), Mr David Stephan, Dr Khanh Hoang and Dr Zhuo Li (Australian Treasury).

Collaborating with the Chief and Partner Investigators to conduct the research outlined in the grant

Producing and disseminating working papers and presentations based on academic research
Who We Are Looking For
You should have experience in at least two of the following areas: state-space modelling, factor models, Structural Vector AutoRegressions (SVARs), and Machine Learning algorithms like Recurrent Neural Networks. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of the relevant applied macroeconomic literature and the ability to apply it, including explaining economic motivations for identification strategies in SVAR. Furthermore, you must have knowledge of, and experience in, at least one of Matlab, R, Python, or similar. About the position

This position has a primary role in supervising, mentoring and developing practice for a small team of provisional psychologists (up to 4). The role will support the services’ capacity and capability to meet the needs of young people accessing the service, through the oversight of the headspace psychology training program. The psychology supervisor will be required to provide supervision, reflective practice, case load monitoring for care & safety planning, risk assessment, therapeutic intervention and closure. The Psychology Supervisor will support the Clinical Leadership team to develop and support the delivery of Brief Interventions Clinic (BIC) and sessional psychological interventions within the scope of practice of clinicians within the student lead clinic. 

This role specifically requires an individual that is approved for Clinical Supervision according to the Australian Psychological Association (APA). The role will be supported with additional accredited supervisor in a secondary capacity.

Supervision of provisional psychologists on placement at headspace aligned to professional standards and guidelines.
Manage new and existing partnerships with relevant university placement programs
Support ongoing development and review of a student led psychology clinic

Performing dental surgeries such as extractions, root canal, repairing decay, and implanting various dental prosthesis such as crowns and implants. Assisting medical practitioners in medical diagnoses that are affected by dental diseases. Supervising work done by dental technicians/hygienists/assistants. Referring patients to Dental Specialists when needed Qualification & Experience Qualifications:   Bachelor of Dental Science, Doctor of Dental Medicine, or an equivalent degree. General-Registered with AHPRA/DBA.
