Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Childcare Center Administrator. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for someone with limited experience to embark on a rewarding career in early childhood education and care. Full training will be provided, including support to obtain a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).

Responsibilities:

*Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the childcare center, including reception duties, record-keeping, and correspondence.
*Support the management team in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and licensing requirements.
*Assist with enrollment procedures, including conducting tours for prospective families and processing paperwork.
*Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and management, ensuring clear and effective channels of communication.
*Assist with scheduling and staffing, including coordinating staff rosters and managing substitute arrangements.
*Provide support to educators and childcare professionals as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
*Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, billing, and fee collection.
*Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the childcare center, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and staff.

Requirements:

*High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
*Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
*Genuine passion for working with children and families.
*Willingness to undergo full training and obtain a Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC).
