Reporting to the Managing Director, Business Development EMEA and Asia in London, we are looking for someone to join the team in a leadership role to help support our business development activities in Australia. Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Developing business with asset managers and asset owners across all aspects of asset servicing including fund administration, loan administration, custody, outsourcing, FX Overlay, banking & payments.
• Working independently & owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure of deals.
• Create a prospect list and develop strategies to effectively engage those prospects.

• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products.

• Gather market insights and work closely with Product Development to ensure our offering is market leading.
• Communicate and collaborate with Line of Business Heads, Marketing and Operations team members.

CREATIVE SERVICING & PRODUCTION

• In consultation with Creative Services Lead is responsible for the creative briefing of ALL PAID media assets (includes Digital and Social AV) on Universal films
• Co-ordinates the creative content mapping meetings with Head of Media & Creative, Creative Services Lead and Media Lead Team.
• In consultation with the Head of Media & Creative, co-ordinates the approval of creative materials
• Co-ordinate the distribution of approved advertising materials to the media/agencies (including key number instructions)
• Works with Creative Services Lead to manage material deadlines on each film
• Provides summary of creative direction and assets available to marketing team
• Briefing & approval of trailer assets including main trailer and supporting trailer driver content

As our full-time Talent & Culture Administrator, you will report to the Talent & Culture Business Partner, and be responsible for assisting the Talent & Culture department by:

• Supporting administrative functions across all aspects of the department and company software programs, including but not limited to visa checks, invoicing, managing employee files, contract generation, recruitment and policies

Acts as a specialized liaison to assist sites with a protocol-tailored approach to increase efficiency of the patient identification and recruitment process. You will be the serving as the face of PSI on-site and plays an important role in the clinical trial process. This is a field-based position, with up to 20% traveling. 

• Assists sites in developing and implementing patient enrollment techniques.
• Coordinates site specific patient recruitment and retention plans observing the planned metrics.
• Provides information specific to the area of expertise to site team members involved in patient recruitment.
• Identifies, tracks, and reports patient enrolment progress throughout the study.
• Analyses the protocol in order to provide the site with the support needed to improve the patient pathway.
