Do you have a passion for coordinating all things Back of House and thrive on providing exemplary customer service to all those who cross your path? 

We are seeking a Mailroom Clerk to join Sodexo's corporate team working with our highly regarded professional services company in Barangaroo.

Your duties will include:

  • Scanning, sorting, recording & distributing mail
  • Registered/Express/International mail & consignment handling & manifest accuracy
  • Cheque handling as per Finance procedures
  • Check & processing of purchase orders
  • Stationery stock
  • Meeting room set up and maintenance of office equipment
  • Archive duties
  • Locker issue and Facilities support as required
  • Relief Concierge cover

Who are we looking for?   

We seek an applicant who can support the Mailroom Lead across varied duties while maintaining a high level of service.  You will ideally have previous similar back of house experience in a corporate setting and have the capacity to provide exemplary front of house service in the Concierge space when required. 

You will have a positive outlook, have effective administrative skills and take pride in both the accuracy of your work and your service delivery.   You will have Microsoft office skills, be a professional communicator and have enthusiasm to learn new systems and extend your skill set in aid of your career development.
