About the role

The Casual Student Services Adviser will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective services of students across Higher Education and VET programs.

The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative and self-management to deal with the full range of activities related to the student lifecycle. The role will deal with all aspects student services including admission, credit assessments, placements and enrolments.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is high by providing quality services delivered to customers in accordance with contracts. This role provides a single point of contact for clients in relation to the provision of contracted services and is responsible for aligning the customers’ requirements and expectations with Datacom’s service levels.

About the Role

The SRE Engineer’s at ROLLER Networks is expected to manage Infrastructure and Operations by configuring, deploying, maintaining and monitoring hardware (virtual) and software that supports ROLLER's business goals, and where needed, offer assistance to the local office as directed by the line manager.

What You’ll Do

• Build, maintain, document, configure, support and monitor production, deployment (Ci/CD) and pre-production environments. 
• Implement and maintain security best practices to adhere to strict compliance requirements with ISO 27001, PCI DSS and GDPR. 
• Develop well-prepared, accurate system and network design documentation
• Implement policies and procedures to weave security through the software development lifecycle
• Technical analysis of alerts and data from security products including (but not limited to) SIEMs, Intrusion detection and prevention systems, endpoint security solutions, web application firewalls and network security devices, and vulnerability scanning and management systems 
• Vulnerability analysis including triaging vulnerabilities and advising on associated remediation activities.

The Role
In your role as the Business Development Executive - APAC, you will be instrumental in driving incremental business for Pepperstone, focusing specifically on the APAC Region. You will have knowledgeable skills in endpoint management platforms, System Centre Configuration Manager, Intune, VMware Workspace ONE and Jamf.

• Ensure project design principals result in service improvements, efficiencies and/or cost reductions for the customer/Datacom post implementation
• Successful and responsive project delivery within schedule and budget estimates
• Assigned project activities are completed un-supervised or under guidance of the Project Manager if assigned
• Close collaboration with customers to ensure delivery of project outcomes
• Identify improvements/project opportunities within new accounts and/or contribute to the Service Improvement register for existing clients
• Accurate and efficient delivery of project tasks minimising re-work

About the role

The Student Services Adviser will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective services of students across Higher Education and VET programs.
