About Your Role

Registered Nurses in the aged care units are the warm and fuzzy professionals of the RN world, we love our field of work and supporting our elderly residents. Whether it be providing personal care one minute, diversional therapy the next, or quickly using our clinical judgement expertise to solve a problem, there is never a dull moment.

Your role will also see you supervise and mentor a team of Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to work to their scope of practice with the same core values ensuring a patient centred approach. You will also have endless L&D growth opportunities as we empower you to flourish and grow to the top of your scope.
