The Marketing Team at Kieser combines the best elements of brand and performance marketing to position Kieser as the top choice for physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and strength training.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaigns Specialist to support Kieser's growth across Australia.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role involves developing, executing, and optimising local area marketing activities to build brand awareness and drive enquiries and leads for our expanding network of clinics.
This hands-on role will collaborate with Clinic Leaders across the business to create and implement local area marketing campaign plans across paid, earned, and owned media in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing end-to-end targeted marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to build awareness and achieve booking conversion objectives.
• Managing a centralised support model for local area marketing campaign planning and delivery.
• Overseeing the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials to ensure brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
• Creating and delivering campaign materials and activities to support the monthly promotions calendar.
• Participating in clinic cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and feedback for successful marketing campaign execution.
• Managing campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. 
• Leading the Personal Referral Program through monthly meetings with Clinic PR (Personal Referral) Champs to develop and execute personal referral campaign strategy and activity plans. 
• Preparing and analysing campaign marketing reports related to key business growth metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise outcomes.

The Resort offers a large range of camp/caravan sites and accommodation options, from Beachfront Villa’s, to Glamping Tents.  We offer a multitude of facilities for the young and young at heart; resort style pools, Bear Grylls Survival Academy, licenced on-site dining options and conference/events/wedding facilities.  As we are located in national park, this is not a pet friendly park BUT there is the opportunity for a daily mingle with the free roaming Kangaroos. 

You will have a flair and passion for modern Australian dining, impeccable presentation and leadership qualities to motivate and direct your team.  You’ll oversee multiple dining outlets from our Bistro, Skippy’s Takeaway as well as our events and conference centre.  

What you will do: 

You will work closely with our Resort Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to ensure our guests receive, good, honest, food - the opportunities are endless! 

• Lead a kitchen team with clarity, direction, enthusiasm and a hands on approach 
• Ensure all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and customer preferences  
• Effective management of the department roster  
• Effective management of waste, portion sizing and menu preference offerings  
• Ordering of food products to ensuring consistent menu availability.  
• Cost analysis and menu planning to ensure the resort food cost & KPI's are achieved 
• Look to source local and cook fresh  
• Oversee and manage the food offering for events and functions
• Liaise with food service and restaurant management regarding customers order and general service of kitchen operations  
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment, to include proper storage of food, equipment, utensils and implements  
• Ensure, daily temperature checks of fridges, freezers, storage areas, deliveries and recording assessment where necessary  

What you will bring: 

• A formal qualification in commercial cookery is essential. 
• Previous experience in a Lead or Head position in a restaurant, club kitchen, resort or bistro. 
• Strong experience in events and functions 
• Current 'Food Safety Supervisor' certification  
• Experience in ordering and stock control 
• Effective verbal communication skills 
• Willing to be part of a greater team and jump in to assist the team and lead from the front

As our Conference & Events Manager you will work in partnership with our Groups & Events Sales Manager to successfully secure event business at the resort, taking full ownership of events once their business is secured by our Sales Manager. You will be the direct point of contact for all groups and events business, developing a strong rapport with C & E organisers and effectively managing communication with our sales and operations teams to exceed our clients’ expectations.

Your role:

• Responsible for the development and management of all event files including Conferences, Incentives, Weddings and Private Events from contract signing through to group departure
• Processing and generating banquet event orders
• Regular updating of the Meetings and Event Forecast and Operations Calendar and to represent Events at operational meetings and to chair pre-conference meetings
• Team leadership, development, training and mentoring
• Achievement of agreed budgeted allocations for wage costs and expenses
• Ensure all conferences and events are run as per event orders
• When required, conduct site inspections and meet & greets with clients
• Ensure the event team maintain regular contact with clients leading up to the event - advising them on contractual milestone dates as they approach.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of available third-party vendor services and ensure strong on-going working relationships
• Prepare, maintain, and communicate group resumes for all resort groups.
• Schedule, prepare and facilitate pre-conference meetings (Pre-Con) with all key stakeholders.
