Your duties include but not limited to:
- Reporting to the Portfolio Director of Talent and Culture, you will provide Human Resources assistance with employee benefits, rewards & recognition programs
- You will coordinate the end to end recruitments, onboarding and Learning and Development of the Hotel Teams across three properties
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure compliance
- Administer WorkCover claims / Return to work process
- Drive Team Member Engagement and promote a positive culture
- Complete HR reports and projects
