Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day global HR operations and HR operation performance.
- Supervise and mentor a team of HR operation professionals across multiple countries and locations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Administration, and business team leaders to develop and maintain efficient HR operation processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and variations, etc.
- Provide support and guidance to HR operation team members.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:
- Set and track SLAs/delivery across core HR operations processes.
- Ensure HR operational accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR operation processes.
- Implement best HR practices to improve efficiency.
Compliance and Technology Standards:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated with industry changes and implement necessary adjustments.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workable, EmploymentHero, etc.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
- Proven at least 8 years of experience in overseeing and managing day-to-day HR operations with demonstrated ability to lead global HR projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.
- High attention to detail is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently is required.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
