What you’ll do as a Mechanical Fitter:

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring Sort Systems and related depot equipment are fully maintained. Undertake preventative and predictive maintenance and provide prompt corrective action in cases of unforeseen breakdowns or damages being incurred.

This position requires competencies as a Mechanical Fitter with the capacity to undertake broader responsibility for general depot maintenance.

The successful candidate will be working alongside our Electrician during the day shift (8:30AM-4:36PM) and will get paid $47 per hour.

What are we looking for in a Mechanical Fitter? What’s important? 

• Tertiary/T.A.F.E: Mechanical Engineering Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Engineering –Mechanical Trade.

• Driver’s Licence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience post-apprenticeship.

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Possess basic computer literacy skills.

Extra points for the following (not essential though):

• Experience in manufacturing, freight and intralogistics industry is highly advantageous.

• Electrical disconnect/reconnect licence is beneficial.

What you’ll do as an Electrician:

We are looking for 3 x Electrician working in our Banksmeadow Depot during AM Shift (1AM-9:06AM), Day Shift (8:30Am-4:36PM) and PM Shift (3:54PM-12AM) and will get paid $50 per hour + shift loading (for AM and PM Shift).

What are we looking for in an Electrician? What’s important? 

• Tertiary/T.A.F.E: Electrical engineering trade or Certificate III in Electrical Fitting

• A Grade Electrical Licence

• Driver’s Licence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience post-apprenticeship.  

• Unafraid to work hands on with the Mechanical Technician where its safe, reasonable and in line with qualifications.

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Possess basic computer literacy skills.

Extra points for the following (not essential though):

The Opportunity:

As a senior member of the maritime engineering team you will be responsible for technical oversight and assurance incorporating configuration control and material support.  This is a critical function that will cross all areas of the sustainment program.  You will advise on issues of technical integrity, engineering deviations and complex engineering risk.   Working alongside the Principal Engineer your role will be to mitigate risk and be a compliance representative.

• Actively seek efficiencies and business practices to reduce the cost of ownership and risk to support maritime objectives through engineering excellence.
• Make recommendations on engineering decisions, including the assessment of deviations and waivers and the development of associated risk assessments, the identification and implementation of obsolescence solutions.
• Provide general oversight of technical assurance program.
• Provide support for development, review and update of engineering processes.
• Provide technical support and assistance to the Maritime program at large.

The Opportunity

In the role of Technical Lead for Transmission & Distribution, you will be accountable for providing technical leadership and direction to project teams. Your responsibilities also include enhancing the technical skills of the electrical team through support and training, particularly in the field of transmission line design.

You will operate under the general guidance of the National Electrical Lead, serving as the primary contact for transmission and distribution technical matters encompassing design, scoping, budgeting, and project oversight from feasibility to detailed design phases.

As the Technical Lead you will need to demonstrate extensive experience in the design and management of transmission and distribution projects in Australia. Managing, coordinating, and administering engineering, procurement; planning of construction, construction phase support, commissioning, and project closeout.

Who are you?

The Key Technical and Management Skills for this role:

• Tertiary qualifications at degree level in electrical engineering or relevant discipline

• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in transmission and distribution sector

• Extensive experience in relevant infrastructure project development and delivery

• Subject Matter Expert in transmission & distribution

• Leadership experience in leading and managing design and development teams

• Chartered Professional Engineer accreditation highly regarded

• Well-connected in the utilities and renewable energy zone (REZ) space with a strong professional network

• The ability to support business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the transmission lines and REZ sector to support KBR’s business development

• Experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stake holders to ensure client satisfaction and project success

• Experience with developing relationships, partners, and government entities in new markets

The Australian Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) originates, structures and executes a wide range of risk management solutions for corporate and public sector clients across Australia and New Zealand. The team is on the private side within Markets, and works closely with Trading, Structuring, Banking and Risk. Responsibilities:

• Originate, structure, market (internally and externally) and execute structured solutions for AU and NZ Corporate and Public Sector entities, in coordination with various structuring and trading desks at Citi Markets.
• Originate and execute meaningful and landmark Big and Episodic transactions
• Understanding of global markets and various derivatives across asset classes including IRS, XCCY Swaps, Options etc. Price all components of derivative transactions and analyze associated risks. Ability to liaise with various internal trading / structuring teams to construct bespoke solutions using one or a combination of aforementioned products, to address a variety of client needs (hedging, financing, accounting, tax etc.)
• Strong grasp of various concepts related to derivative credit exposure. Ability to calculate XVA & funding impact of derivative products, with strong intuition on the impact of different credit mitigation strategies on swap credit charges (full/partial collateralization, mandatory termination, syndication etc.). Ability to calculate and effectively interpret derivative pre-settlement exposures and engage in conversations with Credit Risk to obtain pre-trade credit approvals.
• Very strong sales skills, with the ability to engage in frequent conversations with Senior client contacts, to understand client needs and deliver appropriate products and solutions to meet such needs. Be responsible for identifying client needs related to, amongst others, exposure management, structured financing across asset classes, asset-liability mismatches, yield enhancement, subsidiary financing, cross border solutions etc. Acumen to understand and analyze clients’ businesses and exposures to provide best suited solutions across asset classes.
• Develop the Citi franchise with the relevant AU and NZ corporate clients. Serve as key partner to Corporate banking and CCB Coverage, CMO, IBD to ensure effective delivery of appropriate hedging / structured solutions to our clients.
• Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
• Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, and ethics
• Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation.
• Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct for Markets and Securities Services.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Australia, the focus of your role will be the development of long-term customer relationships with assigned customers, with the aim to sustainably improve share of wallet growth (measured by revenue, EBITA targets).

This will be achieved by implementing best in class account management standards and delivery of supply chain logistics solutions and services to customers.

This role has a strong focus on delivering value added solutions in addition to maintaining full warehouse utilisation and promoting Lineage as an Integrated Solution provider (including domestic transportation). The role acts as Voice of Customer in Lineage and is designed to link Customer requirements with Lineage service offerings. Close coordination with internal parties is key to success.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Being the Voice of Customer at Lineage

• Implementation and maintenance of account management standards including ADP’s, regular customer meeting cadence, KPI reporting, Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Revenue and EBITA targets as agreed, including the focus on cross-selling / share of wallet growth.

• Improvements in NPS YoY

• Identification and implementation of ESG focused initiatives for assigned accounts.

• Accurate and timely use of Lineage CRM systems

• Develop self to meet both career and organisational goals, apply diverse skills and perspective to achieve common goals (through 1:1’s and development discussions)

• Follow practices and procedures regarding Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), HACCP and Approved Arrangement guidelines whilst also ensuring Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.

Who are you? 

You are a delivery focused Principal Process Engineer who is motivated by achievement and outcome-focused.  Your experience with design practices for water & wastewater across utilities and industrial applications will be highly valued. You possess a pragmatic approach to the development of constructable design solutions and have proven commercial acumen in the delivery of water infrastructure. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the design of large water and wastewater treatment plants 

• Lead investigations, and preparation of technical reports, designs and drawings, contract documents and technical specifications 

• Provide guidance to process engineers across the company 

• Responsibility for maintaining relationship with clients 

• Assisting the Industry Leads in business strategy development

• Lead the preparation of large and small bids 

• Promote and practice KBR’s Zero Harm policy

About the Role

Team Global Express is currently seeking an experienced Container Reach Stacker Operator, to commence immediately at our Depot in Fremantle.  This is a Full Time Permanent Position with the opportunity to jump on board with our dedicated depot in Fremantle WA to service our major clients and customers.

As a Container Reach Stacker Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of containers within our facility. Operating heavy machinery with precision and adhering to all safety guidelines are paramount in this role. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of our logistical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• The working days are Mon-Fri, starting time 5AM – 2PM

• Operate container reach stacker machinery

• Load, unload, and stack containers

• Conduct pre-operational inspections of the reach stacker, identifying and reporting any defects or maintenance requirement

• Report all Incidents/Hazards to immediate Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Current 'CN' Reach Stacker License

• Current LF forklift License

• Minimum 2 year’s experience

We are looking for a Repairs Service Technician based in Regional Victoria – Bendigo. This is a permanent role and reports to the Regional Victoria Area Manager.

You will work closely with other Service Technicians, Mechanical Fitters, Installers, Adjusters, Trade Assistants, Field Engineers, and Service Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities for You

• Performs service, repairs, and maintenance work in accordance with relevant job procedures, technical articles, and operations manuals.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and help facilitate continuous improvement to satisfy the customers.

• Provide electrical and mechanical training to apprentices and sub-contractors.

• Attend lift and escalator breakdowns and perform repairs and control modifications on lifts and escalators.

• Works closely with the Field Engineers, Service Mechanics, Branch and Operations Managers.

• Liaises with functional management at other Otis entities and headquarters.

• Represent the Company with major customers, suppliers, and the public.

• Work closely with the Sales Team, including Sales Account Representatives, Sales Managers, and Sales Coordinators (where relevant).

• External stakeholders include customers, building owners, managers, independent and government agencies, unions, consultants, and suppliers.

What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Have Electrical qualifications as relevant to the role.

• Minimum two (2) to five (5) years’ experience within the Lift Industry.

• Extensive electrical and mechanical knowledge across large equipment and the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.

• Has the ability to perform knowledge transfer on information and skills through training.

• Demonstrated fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• Strong English language skills, both verbal and written

• Intermediate knowledge and experience using technology, including mobile communications, applications, and other computer-based systems (Word, Excel, Email, Internet).

• Highly organized, structured, and able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.

• Attention to detail and results-driven.
