About the Role As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be part of the End User Computing team, which works to provide 1st and primarily 2nd Level Support for all End User Computing equipment, dealing with Incidents and Work Orders, Change Requests, and Problem Investigation tickets. Undertaking maintenance and administrative activities whilst providing a high-quality service for the benefit of the hospital. Reporting to the EUC Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the service meets the defined service levels and customer needs, build strong relationships with various stakeholders, and undertake activities in accordance with the ITIL Service management framework.
