With a hands-on approach, as the Revenue Manager you will executive our revenue management strategy as well as:

As the Project Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving a high-performing, collaborative team culture to safely deliver highly specialised data centre development projects, including base build, fitout out and critical infrastructure expansion works within the Capital Works portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Capital Works and assisting the Head of Site Development and Chief of Engineering & Design, the Project Director will have extensive experience in the construction of data centres or similar facilities, including a strong understanding of mission critical infrastructure, with a proven ability to safely deliver projects, on time, on budget, and to high quality, while achieving business case objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client-side oversight and direction to the project team, to achieve the end-to-end implementation of new data centre solutions, embedding a strong safety culture, and driving operational and business improvement initiatives.
• Lead and oversee development of pre-construction planning activities including design coordination, budgeting, scheduling and procurement, including the engagement and oversight of the Principal Contractor to undertake Early Contractor involvement processes 
• Undertake the role of Principal’s Representative for the building contracts, acting as day-to-day interface with construction-related consultants and contractors for decision-making and stakeholder communications to ensure effective contract management
• Development and execution of project strategy documents, including the project controls plan, procurement strategy, communications, change management, and risk management plans to align with company goals and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare, write, and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

As our new water resources engineer, you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled water specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across Aurecon’s Infrastructure, Energy and Water Markets. Working in the Brisbane Water Resources team, with over 30 industry specialists, you will be surrounded by leaders in their respective fields. This environment will allow you to learn from and collaborate with experts, further enhancing your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment. This role will provide you with exposure to drainage, catchment management, dams, water balance, industrial water, and water resources projects.

Your role will include:

• Conduct flood risk assessments, including hydrological and hydraulic modelling, for a diverse range of markets and projects.
• The opportunity to design hydraulic design of waterway infrastructure such as bridges, culverts, levees, dams, spillways, diversion drains etc and scour protection measures.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop solutions that have the client at the centre.
• Experience in hydrological modelling, water balance and/or CFD is highly valued. If you don’t have these skills, you will have the opportunities to develop these skills.
• Proven experience with Geographic Information Systems
• Min 1+ years experience in two-dimensional hydraulic modelling (preferably TUFLOW)
