Detailed Job description : -
• Responsible for managing Customer LOB team (of 12 associates) distributed across different geographical locations.
• Responsible for Managing all Batch Application, Data Delivery .
• Responsible for Application Availability for All critical API.
• Handling Prod and Non-Prod Platform Support.
• Managing Security vulnerability
• Responsible for Managing Critical Incident (Via CIM/HIDI) and other Critical data issue.
• Managing Customer escalation(s), New work transition, effort estimation.
• Responsible for regular operational and maintenance activity, coordination with different customer
• stakeholder in order to keep CSAT score high.
• Responsible for timely resolution of incoming request(s) in Customer LOB and assist team technically as and when needed.
• Responsible for fixing user query , Data issue , technical review , Effort estimation and Automation initiative.
• Interact with different team/person in order to fix user queries.
• Monitor and fix incoming Incident/Service request within defined SLA.
• Responsible for automation and other continuous improvement plan in Customer Experience LOB
• Status review meeting with respective audience.
